Analysis of requirements and catalogue of specifications

Specific needs have to be identified first. This is done in joint discussions with the responsible technical persons, on the basis of specially developed checklists. This results in a requirements profile which our experts use as a basis for preparing a professional catalogue of specifications. To structure the subsequent call for tenders as efficiently as possible, this catalogue of specifications is already formulated in the software vendor’s technical language.

Pre-selection of HR software

Participants in the tender are determined jointly. As a preliminary measure, we provide you with a list of proposals containing approximately 10 eligible software solutions which we selected from the wide range of available HR software. This pre-selection is highly transparent, and carried out on the basis of previously defined criteria (cost, functionality, operability, architecture, security).

Tender procedure

Consult-HR ensures proper implementation of the tender procedure, and is available for inquiries from the software vendors. The results of the tender procedure are organized in a presentation. We provide you with further background information on the vendors and their HR software, so that the candidate group can be narrowed to 2-3 software solutions.

Software presentations

These 2-3 candidates are then invited for presentations at your premises. Storyboards in which selected business processes are sketched must be created to allow comparisons between the presented solutions. If desired, we support you in creating these storyboards as well as arranging and evaluating the presentations.

Quotation analysis and contract negotiation

After the presentations, specific quotations are obtained from the manufacturers. Here, too, we are happy to assist you in analyzing the quotations, and provide you with valuable information on better terms and possible price discounts. Consult-HR supports you in the ultimate decision for a vendor and final contract negotiation.

We also gladly assist you in software implementation, and accompany you right up to going live.
